    Hi – has anyone been able to get through to Durham office by phone? I got zero luck when I called the 0300 number (option 8 then 3). THey put me through to the team that gives a status update but not the actual upgrade team. So I’m no closer…. fly on Sunday. Any advice? I’ve emailed ‘URGENT’, nothing back. Should I go up there? Long old drive but I’m desperate now. They’ve confirmed receipt of upgrade request and travel on Tuesday last week

    Hi all

    Flying Sunday and no call yet despite putting upgrade request in last Monday. Got the obligatory ‘we’ve noted your date of travel, please don’t email us’ note in response. Mine is Durham office. Is there any point calling / emailing? Trying to remain in a state of zen about it. Presumably they take payment over the phone? Thanks

    Hi there – travelling on the 15th and eagerly awaiting a call from Durham office for my upgrade. Presumably they just take payment on the phone? I see some of you have emailed for updates. The confirmation reply I got to say that they were dealing with requests in date order advised not to email as this could delay application. Is that true? Which email address are you using please to follow up? Thank you!!
