UPDATE
I posted before but to give you all hope… I travelled on Sun 8th May and gave up all hope as by Friday 6th they hadn’t called… did all the emails and chasing BUT I got a call on 6th may @7.20pm and was approved, and collected from my local passport office the next day @12pm. So I got my passport 1 day before travel. Don’t give up but do chase with the numbers given on this site!!

UPDATE- just for those who are waiting. As posted, I called on Thursday 5/5/22 and they resubmitted my request and I’d given up hope. They phoned me last night Friday 6/5/22 at 7.20PM and I’m going to my local passport office soon to collect. No extra charge. Don’t give up hope, I really had by the time 5pm came but here we are- I travel TOMORROW

No they didn’t call. Going on Sunday so can’t see Belfast calling tomorrow!!

I travel in TWO DAYS Sunday 8/5/22 and they haven’t called- called the progress team yesterday and the guy resubmitted my upgrade request but they haven’t called yet???? What time do they phone??? HAS to be today
