    I just got back from the London passport office. After an hour and 40 mins I finally got to the front of the queue. The gentleman at the door said that because my flight is not within 24 or 48 hours (I fly on the 7th June) they can’t do anything today. They are only dealing with urgent flights, it seems like anyone who has a flight tomorrow or the day after they are letting it not sure if they are definitely getting passports but they are letting them in to be see. So he spoke to an advisor at the desk who said to come back on Saturday, so I’ll be there bright and early, in the mean time I’ll be Calling the processing and upgrade team.

    I fly Tuesday the 7th June, haven’t heard anything either. The Jubilee BH makes me a bit more worried as they are likely not to be working so 2 days of nothing.
    I’ve decided to head to the London office tomorrow – May not be successful but I need to try and do something. If unsuccessful
    Will send a 3rd email on Wednesday 1st June to the upgrade team saying urgent with the date of travel
