Asked for expidated..48 hours ago sent in all travel proof and surgery proof…need ESTA to get in the States they need 72 hours to approve.. glad it was smooth for you. Hoping we get good news soon.

I wonder how they verify them? My father was very Leary about giving me information on his surgery. In the US they will not verify anything to anyone because of the HIPPA laws. We have sent in all the information so let’s keep our fingers crossed.

Have you received any help? We can’t do anything till this Sunday. I did find out the examiner hasbt even looked at the application and we were asked how come the lost reference number wasn’t included. Well now after 4 transfers someone I guess now asked for it. It seems like a scheme to let them all sit to 6 weeks and 2 before travel to make the extra £. Hope you are getting headway with yours.

It’s a mess there. We ran into the same thing after sitting for 6 weeks and being told all is ok it’s at printing to finding out that person lied and it was not even looked at by the examiner and needed the lost passport reference number. Was not asked for it on application just the number and expiry date..hello it’s lost. Been just sitting. Booked travel because said advice line told me it was printing when it wasn’t. Now after numerous calls and 4 transfers yesterday, I have to wait till Sunday to upgrade. But I have to do an ESTA for American and that can take up to 3 days and 29th is bank holiday they have like 5 days to get it done. Told them the latest I have to have my passport number is the 30th. Smdh. It’s a mess.

Quick question. Would we ask for an expedited or fast track. We have to have the passports by the latest 26th. It can take 3 days for the ESTA visa for the States to process they don’t work on weekends there. Which should we ask for? It’s been 6 weeks since renewal sent in and identity done details completed. Was told last week it’s in printing and will update on the tracer in 24 hours. Called back 2 days later nope still in Liverpool with examiner. To meet the 6 weeks and 2 weeks to travel will only allow them less than 2 weeks to get it done because we need the passport number for the ESTA and travel 4 hours one way to get them and takeoff work. Thanks!

I know it is really to be fair. Kind of Hodge podge it all over. I’m hoping we get it soon. We still have to apply for our ESTA since we’re flying to the states for a cruise with my parents. So I’m hoping they print fast. I’ll keep updating.

I just called the office about our passports. On the tracking it shows checking identity which today is 6 weeks. I was told they are in printing. We’ve never received any emails or anything at all.

Update: just spoke with them. Our passports are in printing now. I mentioned it was still in the checking details on the website. I was told we haven’t updated it yet. Then why bother having that option if it doesn’t work or you aren’t updating it. So we will see how long printing and mailing takes.

I wish it were true. We lost our passports didn’t realize it till now in our move. Reported them lost that portion done. Immediately Hubby and I applied for on July 5th all identity confirmed still waiting. Called office says it’s still with examiner, we fly in 3 weeks. Going to call again tomorrow and start chasing it.
