No tracking link provided, just an email which has a paragraph saying:

“What happens next
We’ve sent your new passport by secure delivery. In most cases it will be delivered by TNT delivery services. You can find out more at: https://delivery.tnt.com/tracking”

When I click on the link it asks for my postcode, then a consignment number or PAN number. I have neither of those.
