    We fly on the 14th no call either mines with Durham. Just been told by advice line my lost passport reference hasn’t pulled across hence why it’s in processing stage since 10th March. Going to Durham office can’t take the stress anymore waiting for the upgrade team to call.

    I’m hoping to go Durham tomorrow as I am travelling on Saturday just been told I should’ve informed them of my lost passport reference number I never asked to do this.
    Is there a help desk at the office?
