Hi all. I was abit nervous when I was told about the 10 week turnaround time as we had already booked our holiday and I applied 5 weeks before we fly out. After reading posts on this forum I did see hope and thought it will come in time. There was a delay with the passport being shown as officially received (two weeks from when it was actually signed for). After that everything went fine.

Passport printed 2:00pm on 13 May 2022
Application approved 8:14am on 12 May 2022
New photo received 3:34pm on 11 May 2022
Photo rejected 9:45am on 11 May 2022
Documents received 10:14am on 9 May 2022
Application received 1:08pm on 23 April 2022
Identity details received 1:08pm on 23 April 2022
Email sent to person confirming your identity 4:49pm on 22 April 2022
Ask someone to confirm your identity 4:44pm on 22 April 2022
Application submitted 4:44pm on 22 April 2022

Hopefully we will get it early next week and I can start planning the trip.

@tamelly Thank you for the updates. Please keep posting. I’m keeping an eye on your updates.

I sent my daughters passport off for renewal on the 22/04/22. Still not updated to show documents received. But I’m hoping I’m a few days behind you and receive some update in the next few days.
