    On Friday, I was told by upgrade team my passport had been printed (I hadn’t had a notification, so made sure she confirmed it was printed vs sent for printing). Monday I got update to say it had been printed (online update says 4am Monday) and have had the text to confirm printing and awaiting collection etc.
    Desperate for tracking info for the carrier as we’re due to travel as a family of 5 on Wednesday!! All but given up hope of that happening though 🙁

    @johnmc did you get an ‘out for delivery’ notification after being marked as printed?

    I got finally got a call back from the upgrade team 5 working days (instead of the 2) but they were a day too late – my passport had been approved through digital system and apparently nothing they can do. So now I’m unlikely to get my baby’s passport on time for our holiday on Wednesday. Absolutely devastated – as probably going to have to cancel our holiday for family of 5. 🙁

    I waited 4/5days to be contacted by the upgrade team and the day before they called I got the message to say the application had been approved. This meant I missed the option to upgrade and now waiting for delivery!!
    The upgrade team said it had been printed (although I’ve not had an electronic update on this). What are the chances we get it by Wednesday (we fly on 27th!!)?! So stressed.
