Sorry, Im a twitter novice too. Set my account up on Friday as heard that’s how to get a response from a person. Perhaps hear back Monday morning.
JaMouse: Yes, waiting since March. Also need our marriage cert back to prove a link to our newborn baby who we are trying to get a visa for to enter a different country.
I have read previous posts of people using twitter to make contact with the passport office. Could anyone share the twitter handle that they have used to reach HMP offices? Been waiting since March and ‘processing’ since early May. Thanks in advance
Does anyone know, are applications sent from abroad for a change of name passport renewal treated any differently to a standard renewal?
My wifes docs were received early April, ‘processing’ early May…now nothing.
Any glimmers of hope appreciated 🙂
We also had to send a change of delivery address to the Durham office. No way of knowing if this has actually been received or actioned on. I don’t understand why the address can’t be changed online if we can provide a proof of new address (which we have).
