Good news for those who have had a result after phoning up. Would you mind letting me know which number you called? Last time I tried I got someone very unhelpful and not very understanding.

Someone who also applied from NZ about 2 weeks before I did received their passport back 5 days ago, so I’m hoping to get some news about approval this week. However it seems like it’s luck of the draw whether your application is top or bottom of someone’s pile, so if there’s something I can do to help it along then it will help me secure my visa extension!
