Hi I had a similar experience to djbdane. Approved on the 14th and received today, 1 day after HMPO updated as printed.
Phew! What a relief. It didn’t even take me that long to receive but the changing timeline and lack of transparency means I most likely will always fast track in the future…don’t think I can handle the stress again!
Thank you for that info!it seems hmpo is half the battle I’m just hoping tnt doesn’t mess me around. I really hope you get your update today. It’s so stressful!!
…my timeline has just been updated to printed. What about yours? Fingers crossed we get our passports this week. Although, will not hold my breath!
Hi I managed to speak to someone at 8:02 this am but couldn’t tell me much and also stated she’ll put in a message for a call back with the progress team.
I think we have a similar timeline and problems I’ve been stuck on approval since the 14th. The lady just said it had been sent to print on the 14th and should take between 24/48hours to print. It’s probably waiting to be sent but couldn’t confirm and didn’t know where it was…
Hi, I actually decided to chance it as the documents were loaded on the 9th March. Photo rejected on the 11th resubmitted same day and application approved on the 14th March. Haven’t had confirmation of printing yet. I seem to be one of the lucky ones (assuming I can get my passport in my hand in the next couple weeks?!!)

I can echo what Pavilion89 said. I was also told to send a letter but to request documents back could still take a month – but there is a chance they would speedily send them back but it is not a guarantee. They also mentioned it’s an average of 8 days to have documents received uploaded onto the system and that it doesn’t necessarily mean your application isn’t getting sorted. The timeline doesn’t always match what’s happening (I don’t know if I believe that or not?)In regards to the 1 week turnaround I would plan a couple weeks. I read somewhere somebody was waiting a little longer to receive theirs. My own experience for my daughters was 8 or 9 days before I received can’t quite remember.
