    Application submitted 31st March 2022
    Missed a business trip last week because no passport.
    Holiday in less than 20 days.
    Applied for passport 67 days ago.

    Who else thinks this is utterly disgusting.

    Peterborough Passport Upgrade only dealing with requests who have proof they are flying in 7 days time.
    Ignoring my emails and letters. Also Phone calls not helping.

    Set to lose now about £800 + lost business work. They said 4-6 weeks when I applied in March.

    I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 7TH APRIL FOR MY PASSPORT TO BE COMPLETED
    THATS 55 DAYS AGO – WHY ARE PEOPLE GETTING THEIR PASSPORT COMPLETED FASTER THAN ME????

    Applied 31st March 2022 for a Lost & Expired Passport
    Lost Confirmed and Cancelled 7th April 2020
    Phoned up yesterday to find out which office it was at
    Peterborough
    No Update – and Advisor on Webchat said we might be looking at going down the Fast Track route for an extra fee

    Thank you for this information
    I rang the help line on friday since my application has been in Processing since April 7th.
    They said I should get my passport by June 10th. If not ring up and sort a collection.

    Update.
    Called the phone number and he said everything looks OK and I should receive the passport before 16th June.

    He said if I haven’t heard anything on the 10th June then to ring back and we can look into applying for a fast track.

    I applied for my Lost Expired replacement passport on the 31st of March.
    Application said 6 to 8 weeks

    Had a phone call from the passport office on the 14th April to confirm the lost passport had been complete and details passed to the replacement team.

    Heard nothing since.

    I fly 24th June. So not panicking too much yet. But it’s nearly squeak bum time.
