Can I ask how they contacted you to request the further documentation and the reason that someone else had to confirm identity? Just trying to preempt any potential issues.

I had the same but it said 5 weeks so hopefully they’ve got something in place to process applications in order now within certain timeframes.

Thanks @carriehall – I would appreciate if you posted your updates in this thread as I’ll be keeping an eye on it. I am about 5 weeks behind you in timeline with the same type of application and same passport office. I’ll update also.
