    Lapp, I’m in the process. It’s not much better to be honest. I’m so on edge.
    You have to apply 14 days before travel. Call them on threat day. They’ll tell you which office your application is at, as they move about. My daughters travel is booked this Sunday. I was promised a call by last Thursday and still nothing. If People are successful they’re getting passports a day or two before travel. It’s agony.

    If it states processing on tracker it’s likely to take longer. It’s switched to manual from digital. Means a human needs to verify something. So goes slow. I applied 2/3/22 and still waiting at processing stage

    10 weeks is advised right now. I’ve been waiting 7 for a straight forward renewal so far and it’s still processing. I’d love to give you some positive news but it’s unlikely in my personal experience.

    We leave 24/4…. From what I’ve seen people are getting passports a day or two before departure. They’re going through people in date order.

    I called today after being told I’d be contacting for payment within 48 hours. That passed at 1pm today. I called at 4pm and they said they will get back to us but they’re completing those that fly soonest. My flight confirmation has been accepted and I will received a call soon.

    @fingerscrossed you’ll get a call within 48 hrs of sending in email. Sit tight. They’re getting back to people in date order. I’m expecting a call within the next 24 hours now 🤞🏼

    Advisor also said only send on request once. Otherwise it’s clogging up the system. People are sending in multiple requests. It won’t help you doing that 🙂

    I received a call today. I had to email the upgrade team.

    Tel number
    Flight reference with date/time screen shot

    She said I will receive a callback within 48 hours for payment.

    It doesn’t involve an interview. I will update you all web I’ve received the call for payment

    I received a call today after an email I sent yesterday. Said I should receive another call within 48hrs to take payment. I’d leave it 48 hrs before calling again 🙂

    Reference number
    Date of travel
    Proof of flight in the next 2 weeks.

    Subject to include that’s it’s urgent upgrade.

    You can only apply if you have 14 days to go until travel, otherwise they won’t get your email
