samkingParticipant@jheh150 is this your first ever passport, my daughters in first adult but she did have a child passport. No one has told me she can’t use the upgrade

samkingParticipant@amber I just rang the number you gave and apparently they don’t send off for the upgrade for us we do that ourselves via the email. He was helpful though and said there is a note on my account stating I am waiting for call from upgrade team and my date of flight. I fly next Sunday and he said it will prob be about Wednesday they will contact me. He also put a note of my nearest office so I could collect from that rather than the one it is currently at

samkingParticipant@amber9514 is that number the progress team for all offices or just Durham, my daughters passport with Peterborough. The main number just keep telling me they can’t put through to progress team or upgrade team. We fly next Sunday
samkingParticipantI have rang loads of times and each time told we have to email ourselves and they can do the upgrade for us, but your saying they did the upgrade for you also and that’s when it seems to progress quickly, so frustrating that they tell people different
samkingParticipant@hussain my email states that applications will not be approved face to face and not to turn up at office but I have heard other people that been successful so it’s a difficult one
samkingParticipantI’ve just had an email back from Newport upgrade team to say they won’t deal with claim cause my application with another office, it’s at Peterborough so waiting to hear back from them now. So I feel emailing other offices is maybe pointless
