Have they not called at all? When did you send your email. Maybe give them a call and ask to be put through urgently. Hope you get sorted

samkingParticipantYes definitely email your closest office, I have been told my daughters passport at Peterborough office but I’ve emailed them all and then emailed both Peterborough and also newport again as that’s my closest office

samkingParticipantI think I would of picked it up just to be on safe side.
I emailed Peterborough upgrade team again today and actually got a response this time whereas I didn’t the other day. It says about not keep emailing though as this will delay things, do people think they just say this to stop constant emails from us ?

samkingParticipantCan someone please give me some advice. I’m waiting for my daughters passport, it was expired but also lost. I’ve been waiting since 20th March. We fly on the 22nd and I’ve emailed the passport offices to apply for an upgrade and waiting on call, I’ve been sent acknowledgment from a few of the offices stating I will be contacted in 2 working days which will be end of today. If I don’t hear should I contact/email them again. Can anyone give me anymore advice ??? I’m so desperate, we all have our passports except my daughter and although she’s 17 she’s disabled so I can not leave her behind and I wouldn’t want to
samkingParticipantWhen you ring tomorrow press option 8 and then 3. You get through much quicker. They do call you back but can be days.
I fly 22nd and waiting on daughters passport, sent upgrade email yesterday waiting for the call
