    So should I just change email to Durham instead of Peterborough

    Been told to send my upgrade email to Peterborough but just called and found out my application is in Durham. Waiting for a call back now from progressing team as I need to know where I should send this email as they told me Peterborough but reading on here sounds like it should be Durham where my application is.

    AWFUL!! Got turned away basically and application refused, but manager was helpful told me I can do the new fast track upgrade service, gave me the email address to contact them but I am concerned as I have sent a letter of withdrawal to the passport office. Spoke to someone in the progressing team and he told me by the time they get my withdrawal letter they will of processed my fast track upgrade. Travel in just over 3 weeks time. Have stated in the email to cancel and reject my letter of withdrawal I sent and hope they do. I’m so so stressed and this is costing me a fortune.

    I have appointment tomorrow in London and have been advised by 3 customer managements to attend my appointment. I have posted a letter of withdrawal and am taking one with me so fingers crossed. You should still attend your appointment

    What has happened with your application. Two members of customer management both told me to attend the appointment but that it may take longer than 7 days

    The exact same thing is happening with me. Did u get this sorted. I am going tomorrow and praying they will accept my application. U have withdraw it online and sent a written letter off to the passport office but they haven’t confirmed it yet. I didn’t send any supporting documents so still have all of those to take to my appointment. I am praying they let me do the fast track and don’t turn us away as I will be heartbroken.
