@TonyC Just got the text message that my daughter’s passport has been received. Hopefully it doesn’t take them just as long to process the application now.

I posted both my children’s old passports Special Delivery on the 5th May. My son’s went to Bootle and my daughter’s to Corby.

My daughter’s is still showing as send passport. I called RM on the morning of the 9th May as neither passport was showing as delivered despite being sent special delivery and was told that they will have arrived but the offices are not scanning.

Even now they are not showing as delivered on RM tracking.

Not sure how long I should leave it before contacting someone about my daughter’s. I mean it might have been lost, but then it might not.
