@estival – I went to Belfast to pick up my passport and after I’d picked it up I received that text – so I think it does bode well
I’m in the same boat – it is for my son’s renewal passport – application submitted 27 April – docs signed for on 29 April but logged on system on 4 May so over 10 weeks – flight this morning and so my son and I couldn’t go – my wife and daughter have gone on holiday – I’m flying from Birmingham to Belfast tomorrow as I’ve heard nothing and despite many many calls they didn’t do anything before my flight – I wish I’d known I could go to any office – so stressful with no-one on the advice line giving any practical advice…fingers crossed I can talk to someone tomorrow and I hope they don’t hold the fact that I’ve missed the flight against me as I don’t want to rebook until I have the passport in my hand! Hopefully fly on Tuesday
