We are in the same situation but we fly on Sunday if we don’t get a call tomorrow then we are going to the passport office that the applications are at on Wednesday
Tara AParticipantWe fly on Thursday and are still waiting me and my partner are waiting until Wednesday for the call and then driving to Durham it seems to be the only way to do it at the minute! But stressed if they turn us away as so many positive stories from people doing it!

Tara AParticipantHas anyone had any joy from emailing all of the upgrade emails? We travel a week today and we keep being told we will hear something the day we call but still nothing and we applied for the upgrade 1 week ago!!
Tara AParticipantJust had a call back and they advised it takes 2 working days to process so to expect a call today or tomorrow or latest on Monday next week!!! He advised to just sit tight!

Tara AParticipant@hreeve3 we are due to fly on 19th And we were contacted on Friday to email everything over and we’ve not heard anything either but we’re told we would be contacted within 2 days. I called again today and they’ve added us back onto the call back list so fingers crossed
Tara AParticipantWe fly on the 19th and we got a call asking for the email with flight confirmation to be sent on Thursday last week so did that straight after the call and they advised someone would contact within 2/3 days but still nothing!! I’m so stressed as we don’t have the money to move it😞
Tara AParticipantMy partner just received a call from the processing team/upgrade team, they advised to send over separate emails for both applications to back up her email with the subject as the day we fly and that the upgrade will contact us within 2 days!! Let’s hope!
