I was dialing my holiday companies number to reschedule – cutoff is 48 hours before flight – when as if by some miracle I received a no caller ID and it was the upgrade team.. the lady took payment and I’m now waiting for a call back with a time to go and collect my own and my daughter’s passports; we fly 15:30 on Wednesday so 48 hours before.
My brother is also set to be on the same flight but as his application is a a few days short of the six week mark he received an email saying there is nothing they can do so he’s on his way to the office now as a last resort..
I now have to scramble and pack everything I honestly had zero hope and was about to push our holiday back 9 weeks.. you couldn’t write it
