    @sben2210 Did you receive an email acknowledgment for your upgrade request? The reason I ask is that I initially sent an upgrade request to Belfast last Thurs 23rd but got no auto reply. Sent again on Mon 27th and got an auto reply that time. We also fly next Thursday 7th July,Application submitted 26th April.

    My daughters renewal is at Belfast and has gone back to documents received on 4th May. Had previously been at processing since 5th May.

    We’re the same xantherob. Child renewal has been processing at Belfast since 5th May yet adult Renewal processed at Durham sent the same day was complete and delivered within 3 weeks.

    Adult Renewal.

    Was received on Fri 29th April. Just been updated passport received on 12th May.
