    Just called again. Progress team super busy and didn’t answer as usual. Another agent another story “DHL have picked it up and you should have got a text” no text and no contact from DHL. “Oh, please submit an online enquire form” I’m due to travel on 6th May and need to transfer my visa. Such a stressful process.

    Exactly and they just brush you off and tell you something is happening and nothing happens. “DHL will pick it up today” haven’t picked it up and haven’t received tracking. I’m overseas with no passport and no visa atm. They don’t even have any urgency.

    Well, it’s 15th now and still no tracking. Not sure what’s going on. Some people have tracking next day or even same day and I’ve waited 6 days now. 4 business days. When was yours printed and sent yasi?

    I’ve been waiting 5 business days and still no tracking from DHL. You get all different agents saying different things and no straight forward answer. This service is frustrating. Not sure how everyone has different time frames. Passport for someone who applied after me gets sent and tracking available next day and I got an agents telling me to wait a week.

    Still no tracking. Will wait until Thursday. It’s been 4 business days now. Got told by HMPO DHL will pick it up today but, told by someone else they have already picked it up.

    Thanks Trent, finally found it on the laptop. It’s been 5 days so, 3 business days. I tried the tracking and nothing populates either. I was told by HMPO that DHL should pick it up today. Different info from different people.

    Sadly the tracking has changed and it automatically asks for a tracking number now. Still no tracking HMPO confirmed they’ve had it picked up via DHL and DHL confirm they don’t have anything for my address. Going around in circles now.

    No tracking yet. HMPO said they gave it to DHL and DHL confirmed they don’t have it. Very annoyed. Getting told the same thing and going around in circles.

    It’s been 3 days now and lots of roundabouts. The instructions you sent me don’t look like that on the DHL express website. I went to DHL they confirmed they don’t know what a PEX number is and need a tracking reference. Then, TNT says they don’t have it contact HMPO. Contacted them and they said “we’ve given it to DHL” so confused and frustrated

    Got them on live chat now! I still have no tracking number and they are telling me to contact HMPO again ugh!

    No tracking only the PEX number. It was printed and sent on 9th March. Did you speak to DHL Express?

    Sent them a request and they came back sortlt before saying they don’t have it either and to contact HMPO

    They searched my name and nothing it’s been 3 days. They told me it could most likely be DHL uk. It’s frustrating. Seems nobody knows what is happening or where.
