I’ve had one of the three passports I applied for back. Application printed and posted Tuesday March 1 and it arrived Saturday March 5 – tracking was only sent on the morning of and they TNT just posted it straight through the door about 3pm

The documents for my sons application have turned up before the passport! Is that normal?

I had a call back scheduled in on the 18 and they called me back on the 24.

My sons passport was stolen out the envelope (signed for and tracked) and arrived empty at the passport office so having to change his application from a renewal to a lost passport and it’s been a headache. I wouldn’t recommend.
