I had problems with my sons documents. They were scanned to the wrong application and then sent back to me.
I had to call everyday. Progress team cannot link the documents. But customer care management team can email head office and expedite the progress and get them to link / scan documents. And if after 48 hours of them contacting the head office they can chase again.
Keep onto customer care management team. They can actually do something where as progress can only put notes on the files.
xfxrxhxParticipantKeep faith everyone. We travel on Sunday (22nd) and had 3 x passports in for upgrade. Applied over 10 weeks ago but we are going to collect our passports tomorrow. Different people told me different things. One woman told me there was no chance in getting my sons before we go. But perseverance and not listening to progress team worked. I also contacted our local MP who chased passport office on our behalf so I’m not sure if that had any influence on it. But there is still that chance if you keep calling every day. xfxrxhxParticipantJust for peoples interest. Our upgrade team for 2 of the 3 passports im trying to upgrade is Liverpool and they are printing for collection in London tomorrow.
1 more call and I’ll be able to breathe again!

xfxrxhxParticipantDoes anyone know that if you email Liverpool Upgrade then you HAVE to pick up from Liverpool? I’m closer to London but have been told to email a Liverpool upgrade team?! I’ll go anywhere but just curious?

xfxrxhxParticipantHas anyone been to Durham without an appointment and got any help at all? My sons docs are there and have been there for a while and have not been linked to his application and we travel on Sunday and can’t upgrade without the docs linked.
I will go up there on the chance if others have experienced getting anywhere with this. (It’s a 5.5 hour drive from me 🙄.

I have 2 kids new passports that’s status is application being progressed since 4th April. We are due to travel this Sunday (22nd May) so emailed for upgrade last Sunday (8th May). Not had a call as of yet keep chasing and all progress can do is put notes on their files. Do I still have hope?? Thanks in advance.
