@SimonS I had made my daughters New Child Application on the same day you submitted yours, on the 18th I sent the documents as first class and they were received on the 19th, yesterday I received the generic email mentioning the delays. Today I received a text and email saying they have received my documents. They usually process your documents 6 days after they receive them for Durham at the moment.

10:47am on 18 June 2020@Gemski91 Don’t worry! I was completely the same! Pretty much refreshing my computer every hour whilst at work! I did get a text and an email telling me that they had received my documents. Going by what I think, I believe your documents will show on your account on Monday 29th.
The message you receive will be :
We’ve received your documents.
What happens next
We’ll check your application and the documents you sent to us. We’ll contact you if we need more information.@gemski91 My documents were just confirmed then that they have been received which is 6 days after it was received by the Durham Office.

10:47am on 18 June 2020@Gemski91 If the birth certificate was only delivered on Tuesday, the average time for Durham to upload your documents is 7-8 days. My documents were received last Friday and they still have not been uploaded as of yet.

Sorry for all of the questions, how long did it take for them to process your documents that you sent? I am constantly refreshing the Application History and checking… its driving me mad!
