Application submitted 6:42pm 2 August 2021
Application received 6:43pm 2 August 2021
Documents received 10:32am 6 August 2021
Application approved 12:18pm 23 August 2021
Passport printed and sent 7:53pm 23 August 2021
Delivered by TNT around 8:30am 25 August 2021

So from submittal (if counting 2 August as day 1) to delivery 24 days.
