I need to know :waiting time for renewal of British adult passport from srilanka (overseas)
I sent my passport from Norway 6 th June to Liverpool office for renewal .No acknowledgement of passport received. Reported as stolen on advice of office here and online with passport office. Early August receive mail acknowledging that passport has turned up .It is still being processed since 6 th August .Now October 3 rd. After 3 phone calls and several mails I am disgusted .
