Excellent service. Highly recommend getting you photo’s done at recognised photo shop so you can use the code rather than having to mess about scnning photos – plus, that way you know the photo is OK before you start as it gets validated before they issue the reference code

Filled in the online forms on Tuesday the 3rd Jan.
Took my old passport to the post office last thing Tuesday and was told it would go first thing Wednesday.
Had a text message at 3.25 Friday say that had been received.
Monday morning had a message saying it had been approved followed by a message Tuesday which said it was being printed.
Had a text from TNT saying it was being delivered Tuesday which it was.
All in all a very prompt service

I was worried after finding out that the current processing time is upto 10 weeks, however very very pleased with the speed. Only delay was due to the Royal Mail postal strike and Xmas holidays. Documents were delivered on 5th of Jan and the passport was in my hand on 12th so, technically it took only a week to get the passport.
I thank HMPO for being so productive and effecient.

As expected and stated by HMPO 1st overseas passport application will take approx 10/12 weeks, but inability to track the process made it very stressful as VSF is unable to give tracking no. they just forwarded all the docs required, but at least it arrived eventually.
Submitted 6th December via next day delivery but up till now I haven’t received any updates from Hempstead HM passport office that my son documents has been delivered. When I track it, it says out for delivery. I don’t know what to do.
