I found the process simple, but not all notifications were consistent,: sometimes by text, sometimes by email, sometimes only in the Passport Agency website. Tracking using PEX # without PEX as some advised did not work, only a new tracking code from DHL.

I was informed via email of the whole process, everything was done in 3 weeks time, happy with that. I would like to mention i took my picture at home, outside with a plain background and no shadows and it was approved first time.

Process by HMPO was smooth. Unfortunately took 2 attempts for TNT to deliver. First time they didn’t attempt delivery, then phoned TNT who said the driver couldn’t find my address so they added my phone number to the drivers instructions. The next day the driver didn’t call but my passport was delivered successfully (albeit very hurriedly by the driver).
