Docs were received on 14th July. Next update was on 12th Aug when I received notice that my photo had been rejected. I was notified about this via a phone call, which was not especially clear about what the problem was. Once I had worked out what to do and had re-sent my photo, the application was accepted and the passport delivered very quickly.
