Feb 17: Original docs back by Royal Mail 48 hours Tracked. I had included a hard envelope and clear folder to protect my naturalisation certificate, with a post-it asking them to be used to avoid damage. PO kindly used the clear folder and made their standard envelope stronger by using the back of the hard envelope I sent, they did not use it however. PS: got a super quick reply to a PO webform query
