Rated 4 star because the website wouldn’t allow me to take a photo on my phone – it kept saying that there were too many shadows and the lighting was off, even though it was in a controlled environment. So, I used a Photo Booth in Asda and used the online code thing and it said that I was apparently too close to the camera, but then when I uploaded the same image, it was fine. That was very irritating and it cost me an additional £10.

Simple. Received passport prior to any notification. Only negative was that it took 2 days to officially receive passport, whereas signed for showed real time physically received. But that is not really a problem as such in this instance.

It’s take longer then what we expect, in Corby office
Submitted 2 application with same referee person
No update even thought I send the document on the 2 of February signed for before 1 pm same date I submitted online .
Received documents on the 9 of February
One one the application accepted the referee and in the other one they ask us to find someone else to confirm the identity we do it on same day which is 16 February after that there is no much update I call on the 21th of February they put me on hold one of the application approved and the other one still in process, feel it’s like nightmare and it took ages so stressful
Definitely taking longer than expected. I have also sent my son’s passport to the Corby office.
It was delivered by Royal Mail on the 6th Feb and they didn’t update their tracking to acknowledge that they had received the passport until the 14th.
I haven’t heard anything since then.
