Quick process and good tracking throughout. Would recommend sending in your old passport using signed for delivery as there is a few days delay after being received until they add it to the tracking. Also worth entering your phone number for tracking as TNT only send you a text the morning your new passport is delivered and not sure if there would be any notification without providing your number.

Applied online from Cyprus with electronic photos on Saturday 27th August, late evening. Posted old passport back to UK on the morning of the 29th. Old passport arrived in Durham on the 7th September, application approved 14th September, passport printed and posted to Cyprus on the 15th. New passport arrived on the afternoon of the 20th. So roughly 3 weeks including post travel time from Cyprus – UK – Cyprus.

Comments:
Serious lack of any customer service skills, lies, outrageously rude behaviour, only got anywhere with HMPO because my MP in the UK got involved. It took over 5 months, A LOT of calls, contacting MPs and disclosing information I shouldn’t need to disclose to get them to even look at my application. It took a serious toll mentally and financially. Completely unacceptable.
