Spur of moment renewal, post office took photo, that was the only problem, messaged a couple of days later to say photo failed. Lost 1 day while I got digital photo in booth sorted. Apart from that quick and easy.

I initiated application on 7th Feb. I needed a new passport, my old one expired in 2018. I could not find my old passport at home, hence my lost/stolen application. It was quick and easy. My first attempt at a photo was accepted and verification from a friend who was a peofessional was easy.
Received passport today, no further details from passport office other than below:- (I received text from TNT courier this morning to say they were delivering today and it arrived one hour later). Faultless service and quicker than expected!

Overall experience very smooth. Think a better job could be done on the dispatch process linking to a courier tracking number. Took 6 days from printing to getting communication from DHL (I was not able to track on DHL website using PEX reference either until after the DHL email was received).
