Very simple, easy experience. Applied online and sent old passport off on 16/01/23, they received papers on 17/01/23 and I received new passport back on 20/01/23. 5 days from start to finish, with great communication throughout. Far better than I had expected. Excellent service.

I used the post office service digital check and renew for £16. It is well worth it as they take photo and deal with the application so there are no errors and send it off with your old passport . When you consider paying to have a photo taken elsewhere it’s not that expensive

Very straightforward process. Applied online and had to have my identity confirmed as I had lost my old passport. I was concerned that this may delay the process somewhat but fortunately not. My application was approved 5 days after my identity details had been confirmed and the passport was printed the same day. I received it 4 days later.

I also didnt notice that if you are sending in more than 1 passport to be renewed, you can put the in the same envelope to any address.
Mine went to 2 separate offices. One that is efficient and the other where time stands still.

Really quick time and so glad I didn’t pay for fast track. I sent in 4 passports as our families passports had just expired and we are off on holiday soon.
