Faultless and amazingly easy. An absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, with constant updates by text.
The only slight complaint is that as I was travelling 9 weeks after the application date, I nearly opted for the premium online service, which if I had, would have cost lots more in time and effort and taken longer than the 8 days the standard service took. Due to this website I felt reassured that the standard service was not too much of a risk. I understand the Passport Office have to over estimate, but the disparity between estimated time and actual time, seems too high.
