Comments:
Many phone calls made and each one with same response, we don’t know why, you’ll have to wait, we can’t help you. After several attempts of requesting to speak to a manager and having call terminated on previous attempt we finally got transferred for the manager to say that the application was in the wrong queue. Then got the passport in 3 days, we were due to go on holiday 10 days later so just in time. Worst possible service imaginable!
