Very quick to go through online – provided you have all the correct information to hand. The process was quick and they kept me up to date at every stage. Said I would need an interview but then cancelled it and instead approved my application and sent it for printing.

Pleased with the overall speed of my application. The most worrying part of the process was that despite sending my documents (EU Passport and Naturalisation Certificate) by “First Class Signed For”, according to Royal Mail they’re still in transit. The Passport Office marked the as received on 24 November. Apparently this is normal for the Corby office! Like others who recently gained British Citizenship through naturalisation, I did not need to attend an interview, which significantly shortened the timeframe.

Online Application for passport replacement (water damage) from the Netherlands. A little stressful between my old passport being received by the passport office (20th October) and my passport application being approved (24th November). After being approved, was impressed by the speed of the whole process.
