Application was submitted as part of a family bundle. On their website it says you can send family bundles to any of the addresses given on the application page as long as all reference numbers are listed on the envelope, so we sent them off to Corby as 2 out of the 3 had this address. Receipt of the documents for this one was not even acknowledged by Corby, and we had to wait for them to return all of the documents after they had processed the other two applications, and then post the documents again- this time to Hemel Hempstead.

No tracking provided by passport office but traced using PEX number (without PEX). Messages from DHL stated they are delivering supporting documents but in fact was new passport.
