Very good experience and turn around, website was saying 3 weeks estimate but only took 2 weeks to turn around, which included me taking 4 days to post.

Comments:
Applied for a first time passport on the basis of treaty rights. Documents took a while by post to reach the passport office. Once the documents were received, the passport was approved after 24 days. No interview or additional information needed.
