Applied for regular passport renewal with extra pages for 100GBP. Thank you Brexit.
Amazed at how speedy it was.
Applied on a Wednesday, sent old passport with next day recorded delivery on Thursday, old passport received and linked to application on Friday, passport approved on Monday, printed and handed over to Royal Mail on Tuesday and new passport received on Wednesday.

Comments:
Overall incredibly fast and efficient. Only one issue – I sent a copy of my national identity card and it was rejected so I had to send my original. This was approved and the process was absolutely fine. It’s only the additional cost of couriering my ID from Bulgaria to the UK that made it a little bit less impressive!
