First adult passport after naturalisation.
Very easy to complete online, reasonably quick.
Biggest delay was receiving documents that I had to call them about as it had been 3 days. They took the tracking number and then it was updated not long afterwards. But as was a Friday evening probably delayed again.
Didn’t receive printing notification until passport was already on its way.
Still waiting for supporting documents.

Terrible. As original paper claim got shredded at the passport office and after alot of chasing up they eventually owned up to their cockup and i was asked to fill in another form, this still took 3 weeks to arrive. One of the worst experiences if my life. I ended up in the Drs with stress!!!!!

The Document Received status took more than 3 days to appear. But it showed up right after I contacted Passport Office via webchat. I got another child applying at the same time. 2nd one is approved one day later than the other one.
