Mine was a renewal with a change of name (adding a middle name), had to submit my deed poll document and copy of work HR record to show I was using my new middle name. Documents were received by Passport Office on Mon 10/06, logged as received Tue 11/06. Application approved Mon 17/06. Printed and Despatched Tue 18/06. Delivered Wed 19/06. Used Timpson’s for photo, which was logged onto the government portal and approved before I left the shop.
