I would have gotten the passport sooner, but I had to post more documents that were more recent, which delayed the process by around a week. Otherwise, the process was relatively simple after I figured out certain complications regarding name change.

Application completed online 1 March, sent by registered mail from Paris to UK on 3rd March, receipt confimed 10th March, application approved 13th March and printed 14th March. New passport received on 19th March (initially scheduled 18th March, rescheduled for my convenience) and supporting documents/old passport on 21st March (initially scheduled 20th March, rescheduled for my convenience).
Good service from DHL, you have to sign for the documents.
