Fantastic process. Received within 4 days. I was slightly concerned as had a holiday due to Iceland in four weeks but submitted on Monday, posted old passport signed for next day delivery on Tuesday with them receiving this on Wednesday. Application was approved same day and passport was printed the following day ready to be sent next day delivery and received on the Friday!

Really quick, end to end. Slowest part was sending the documents to be checked. Mailing from overseas is slow and holds it’s own risks. If that could be streamlined, the service would be perfect.

Went smooth, oddly someone changed my address slightly, just added some unnecessary detail which could have caused a problem but got my passport, only problem is the supporting documents and old passport are yet to arrive.
