Sent documents that arrived on 14th of feb however system was not updated untill 18th- after persistence on Webchat. Then had to send more documents as sent in black and white by mistake, wouldn’t accept delivery on saturday so arrived on 24th. Received my passport overseas on 3rd of March

After receiving my passport (via Naturalisation), we applied for my daughter’s .
We live in Turkey. Only 1 parent Is British. She was born outside the UK after father’s Naturalisation and after marriage to her mother.

13/09 application, Docs recieved 19/09 and authorised 6am 25/09 and printed 2pm same day. Notified by RM that delivery was expected 26/09 early evening and it was in hand by 5pm.
Although the photo was accepted online and it was third party confirmed as true resemblance to my daughter, they requested another picture as they thought it was not recent (she looks younger than her years!!) but when uploaded it was immediately accepted (4min) so didn’t delay it thankfully.

Sent from Germany and received back to Germany in only 8 days from submitting online, after 10 days, I also got my old passport back. Everything was tracked and well explained. I am shocked how fast that was!
