the application process was easier than I expected, and the the only reason it took a month overall was due to waiting for my passport interview which was on the 24th April 2023. However most positively, I got the passport on the 26th April 2023, only two days after the interview, and received my documents back on the 28th April 2023, so I am satisfied with the length of time, as after the interview I only waited a day or so.

Very quick and easy! Applied online after the start of the strikes and received my passport through the mail 19 days later. Passport office was amazing, and with going abroad on the 8th May the service couldnβt be better. Strikes did not affect the service at all.

I was super pleased with the speed of the passport renewal process. Not only did it take less than 10 days from application to delivery, but I was emailed and texted every step of the way, which was brilliant. As Iβm going away in 4 weeks, I was worried the β10 weeksβ the media have been stating would be true, but it couldnβt have been much faster if there werenβt any strikes. Fantastic service.

I managed to book a one-week fast-track appointment on the 25th April for 9.30am the next day at the Liverpool office. On the 26th April, I turned up at 9.25 and was seen to by 9.40. I received a text at 11am on the 28th April to say that I should receive my passport in the next few days, and it arrived at 1pm that same day. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free.
