They did not tell me to send them my travel document when I applied, but 2 weeks after submission, they required me to send my UK Travel Document. They also rejected the person who confirmed my identity later after receiving my travel document and required me to ask someone else even though the first person was eligible, and my dad’s application got approved by the same person. Overall happy that I received my passport quiet quickly, considering the strikes happening.

Thanks to PWT’s updated assurances & time lines, the renewal process for a new passport was greatly assisted, despite Government websites advising up to ten weeks for new passports to be issued. Make no mistake, this can be a stressy time regardless, so the support from PWT was invaluable.
