Comments:
My passport had expired in 2019. I also renewed my daughters which had expired at the same time. I used the post office digital check and send service. There was a concern that my expired passport may cause delay to my daughters as I was applying for renewal at the same time. Didn’t seem to cause any issue.

Hassle free overall. The picture assessment online said our baby was wearing glasses (3 month old) and there was light reflecting on them. Obviously she wasn’t so we submitted as the picture met the criteria.
Overseas Passport Application

Overseas, adult passport renewal in Bangkok, Thailand.
Submitted documents and application on the 18th September 2023.
DHL delivered package on the 20th September 2023.
HMPO advised that new passport ready for collection on the 2nd October 2023.
Collected new passport on the 3rd October 2023.
Only gripe, asked for a 50 page passport but received a 34 page passport. Need to contact the HMPO for a refund.
Nevertheless, very happy with the service.
Total calendar days: 15 days.
